Friday 11th September

Friday Mark and I went out to the different fields and fixed numerous fences that had been broken because of the buffalo. It took us about 2 and half hours to complete the task. Every time we thought that we were finished, we would find another broken section when we checked the perimeter. At one fence, Mark found this fruit that he told me was really good. When I chomped into it he said not to bite into the fruit that deep because just the outside was good. The core is filled with worms that were crawling out of the fruit after I bit into it. I couldn’t believe what just happened and throw the fruit as far as I could and spit out what was in my mouth. Mark look surprised and then laughed because he waited to tell me that there were worms in the fruit after I took a bite. After work Sara and I went to the Cafeteria for dinner. I had not been there before so I was excited to meet people and try the food. When we got our food it looked good and we found a place to sit. The food was Bueno mas o menos and it made me happy that I am living with a family of good cookers. After the ok dinner, Sara and I went to the game room and there I saw my friend from soccer. We played pool for a while and talked. After Sara’s friend Sebastian drove us home, we watched T.V. and then went to bed.
