Today was another rainy day, but I decided to make the best of it. At 3pm I went with Rina and Drew to the forest reserve to go on an adventure. We had to bike through the roads in the banana fields in the poring rain to get there. The whole trip took about 30min until we got there. Once we got it, we went into a roofed building to chill for a couple minutes, and then decided to go through the trail. We were going to see the huge tree and where almost there when we came upon a fallen tree that blocked the road. We looked up and saw that we had about 50min of light in the sky and decided to turn back before it got dark. It was a good choice because we were 30min away from any lights and we were in the middle of a rain forest soaking wet. On our way home we sang just as before and had a lot of fun. At the last part of our journey it got really dark but thank goodness we were only about 2min away from the lit streets of EARTH. After our adventure, we went to my house to get some chi tea bags, and then brought them to the cafeteria to drink after dinner. Once dinner was over we sat and chatted for a bit and then I went home and went to bed.
