Today was the big day. We got up at 7am to help Chepita with the rest of her cleaning and to be ready for Alex. Alex got there around 830am bringing some hanging plants and other supplies. Alex told us that there were no plants to bring from EARTH but there would be in about a week. The group arrived shortly after and we got right to work. First everyone pitched in and we cleaned everything off of the ground, and made a compost pile for all of the dead plants and other things. After we mixed the rice in with the dirt and carbon, and then put it into the other gardens. After about an hour, we were finished. Neighbors came over to help Chepita cook for the group while she was giving a tour to the tour group that had come to see the coco farm. After lunch we bought some coco from Chepita and then said goodbye. Chepita and Carlos were sad to see us go but Riena and I knew that we would be back there soon to play some Dominos and drink some coco. When I got home, I chilled for a while, went to dinner, and then went to bed.
